In short: I collect only what you type into the form, keep it for 12 months, and use it only to answer you.

What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form yourself:
your name; a phone number or an email (at least one of the two — your choice); your message; the project type, if you picked one; the language you filled the form in; the configuration you built in the calculator — only if you came from it and did not remove it.
Nothing else. I do not collect your IP address, I do not build a profile, and I do not buy data about you.
Why
To answer your enquiry. That is the only reason.
I send no newsletters, show no ads, and pass this data to nobody — it is not shared and not sold.
Where it is stored, and who else sees it
Your enquiry is stored in Cloudflare KV — the storage of the site's hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.). The site runs on Cloudflare Workers.
At the same time I get a notification about it in Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.). That notification contains what you wrote in the form, and — if you came from the calculator — a summary of your configuration.
These are the two third parties with technical access to this data. There are no others.
How long it is kept
12 months from the moment you submit the form. After that the record is deleted automatically — this is set on the storage itself, not left to my memory.
If you want it gone sooner, write to me and I will delete it.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics does exist — but only with your consent. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it: which pages they read, where difficulties arise. It loads only after you turn on the “Analytics” category — with no consent, no analytics code is loaded at all. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.
Cookies: when analytics is on, Google sets _ga and _ga_MD1SZ1EFCZ — the full list, with purpose and lifetime, is on the “Cookie settings” page. The theme and language you chose remain local browser preferences, not tracking, and are sent nowhere.
There is a cookie banner and a “Cookie settings” page, where you can change or withdraw your consent at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it.
